How to Use

1. Prep: Wash face and remove moisture from eyelashes.
2. Apply 1st Agent: Attach the softener rod from the inner corner to the ends of lashes. Apply softener to the roots, sweeping upwards.
3. Wait: Place the cap rod over the softener and wait for 8 minutes.
4. Cleanse: Remove the softener rod and clean off the solution.
5. Apply 2nd Agent: Align the penn solution rod and organize lashes with the built-in tip.
6. Wait & Cleanse: Wait another 8 minutes, then wipe off the solution and remove the rod.

Tips

• Use the dual-tip for precise application and the reusable brush for detailed lash grooming.
• Adjust the amount and time based on your eyelash texture, starting with a small amount and approximately 8 minutes.
