HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your item on the collection or product page, then click the pink "Add To Cart" button.

Follow the simple steps to complete your order, and we'll prepare it for you.

We'll notify you as soon as your order is on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Standard Shipping: Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 8 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Orders with expedited shipping will arrive within 3 business days.

All items are shipped from our USA warehouse.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING?

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. As a result, you might not be able to access the tracking information within the first 24-48 hours. In rare cases, the shipping carrier may misplace an order.

If the tracking number is still not functioning after a few days, please contact our support team at support@sparksales.net. We'll respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL/ADJUST MY ORDER?

Once we receive your order, we typically process it immediately. Therefore, we cannot make any adjustments or cancellations if the order has already been dispatched.

Depending on the order's status, we will inform you whether or not you can cancel or adjust your order.

Please note that a restocking and transaction fee, amounting to 20% of your total order value, will be applied for cancellations.

We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
