SHIPPING CARRIER

We ship from both US and Korea warehouses using FedEx, DHL, Aramex, USPS, UPS, and EMS International. The carrier depends on your location for efficient delivery. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

Please note:

  • Multiple product orders may arrive in separate packages from different providers.
  • During busy periods (e.g., Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Christmas), shipping times may extend slightly.
  • International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by potential customs-related delays.
  • Final delivery is handled by your local postal agency. Actual shipping and delivery times may differ based on your local postal service.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking information may not be available immediately; it can take up to 1-3 days after receiving your shipment confirmation email.
  • Tracking numbers become active once the carrier scans the parcel.
  • Regularly check the tracking information for updates.
  • We monitor shipments and will contact you if any issues arise so that you can address them promptly.

INSUFFICIENT/INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Please provide an accurate and complete address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders returned to our shipping partners' warehouses may be disposed of and not returned to us.
  • If you arrange for your parcel to be forwarded or redirected, we are not liable if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. In such cases, we can offer either a 20% partial refund or a replacement with a re-shipping fee.

1. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on package weight and destination. Calculate exact charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your address. Shipping costs will update automatically.

2. Where do we ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping.

3. Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

4. Do we offer delivery to PO boxes or Military APO/ FPO addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, the delivery time will be longer than physical addresses.

5. Will you be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.  

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
