What Is It
A lightweight, milky toner that deeply hydrates and helps achieve a glass skin finish. Formulated with Rice Water, Niacinamide, and Ceramides for a refreshing, non-sticky feel.
How It Works

- Brightens Skin: 70% ANUA Rice Water+ and Niacinamide brighten and even out the skin tone.
- Strengthens Barrier: ANUA Rice Cera-Protein (Ceramides and Protein) supports and protects the skin's natural barrier.
- Soothes and Hydrates: Panthenol, Glycerin, and Allantoin calm and moisturize irritated skin.
How to Use
- Apply after cleansing.
- Dispense a small amount onto a cotton pad or your hands.
- Gently pat onto your face and neck until absorbed.
- Use daily, morning and evening.

This toner is really nice - it's soothing and calming as you press it into your skin opposed to the toners you swipe on to kill bacteria. Presentation and everything is eco-aware and I recommend giving it a try!

Very light, watery and refreshing for a milky toner. I love this one for my oily skin because it's so thin, it quenches and hydrates without feeling like it's a liquid lotion sitting on my skin. Since I started using it, I've noticed that my skin stays plump and oil free for a majority of my day and it's been getting increasingly hot and dry, which usually revs up my oil production. I even put some in a spray bottle for when the winds kick up and I feel I need a boost of hydration. I love the large size and for the price, I would definitely repurchase this again.

I have a lot of toners. I placed them into two categories: toners that you apply with a cotton pad to "scrub" your skin and give your pores a deeper cleaning; and toners that you pat on to your skin to hydrate and nourish your skin after cleansing. This falls under the second category, but it's different than other toners I've tried. While my other toners aim to enrich my skin and plump it up, this one focuses more on the appearance of pores and creating a barrier on my skin. I feel like my pores actually look smaller after using this product. And because the main ingredient is rice, there's more of a starchy, matte feeling to it on my skin. It absorbs quickly and there's barely any stickiness. Love it! I recommend trying it!
