What it is:
A unique water-based lip tint from rom&nd that provides a rich color payoff while leaving a glossy, non-sticky layer that appears 3 seconds after application. The tint separates into two layers: a moisturizing water layer and a long-lasting color layer, giving your lips a hydrated and vibrant look that lasts for hours.

How to use:

1. Gently apply the tint to the inner part of your lips using the applicator tip.
2. Apply a suitable amount and press your lips together 2-3 times.
3. Wait for 3 seconds for the glossy layer to appear. Avoid rubbing your lips too much, as this may break the film and reduce the gloss effect.
