This reminds me of standard US sunscreens that are on the thicker side and keep my face looking shiny. It absorbs well and I didn't have any irritation. The fragrance reminds me of a bit of ginger tea mixed with standard sunscreen smell. It's brand name is special but it seems just like a standard sunscreen you could grab at the drug store. It's not bad but not worth $75.

This sunscreen is unscented and covers well without the whiteish cast of products containing zinc or similiar ingredients. No problem on sensitive skin. I just have a problem getting past $75 for what is basically a sunscreen.

This moisturizer has excellent moisturizing capability.
Look: Bottle looks good and minimal - looks premium.
Absorption : Has been excellent in day to day use.
Usage : Pairs up well as a day or night cream and works well with oily skin. Also works well with non alcohol toners as the base. I enjoy using it on hands as well as a hand cream, overall a soft skin experience.

Sulwhasoo brans's "UV Daily Cream" review:
I've been using this sunscreen for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed with it. It's lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth. I also like that it doesn't leave a white cast, which is important for me because I have dark skin.
The SPF 40 is also a great bonus, as it protects my skin from the sun's harmful rays. I've been using it every day, even on cloudy days, and I haven't had any sunburns.
East to apply and doesn't leave a greasy or sticky residue.
A light fresh scent reminiscent of an Oriental fragrance (ginger perhaps) popular in the 1980s.
Overall, I highly recommend this sunscreen to anyone looking for a lightweight, hydrating, and protective product.

This sunscreen doesn't have a white cast, because it is a chemical sunscreen and doesn't contain zinc. It goes on smoothly and absorbs well. I love the light gingery smell. I find it moisturizing for my normal but "mature" skin. Although it doesn't feel oily, it leaves a bit of shine. As far as protection goes, it keeps my face safe for 1-2 hours in the Florida sun.
The ingredients may be a positive or negative depending on where you stand on the issue of reef-safe sunscreen. It doesn't have oxybenzone and octinoxate, but it DOES contain avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate and octocrylene. These chemicals can still cause damage to reefs, so I wouldn't consider it reef friendly. But, these are considered to be effective organic filters and provide a lightweight feel to the product and help it go on clear. I'm including the full ingredient list below, so you can make an informed decision for yourself:

I started using retinol and have been looking for a broad spectrum SPF for my face. This has been working nicely. It is moisturizing and applies evenly. My only complaint is that it doesn’t absorb as quickly as I’d like and there is just a little bit of a residue after application, even after the recommended 15 minutes. The scent is very subtle and pleasant, and it dissipates shortly after application.

This sunscreen is made in Korea but is packaged for America, the box has English throughout. Oddly this sunscreen seems to have a lemony scent. It's not entirely unpleasant but just odd for a sunscreen. The sunscreen has same consistency as my daily SPF moisturizer, so slightly thicker than lotion. I ordered in February of 2023 and this tube is good until April of 2024.

Before hitting the order button, we deserve to know exactly what’s going on our beautiful bods through the actual ingredients list, not just clever marketing claims. Sulwhasoo leaves us guessing and we constructively urge the company to include the full list here.
This cream includes a common yet somewhat controversial preservative, Phenoxyethanol. Its use is often strongly discouraged by safe cosmetics advocates to be used around infants including those who are breast feeding and studies indicate this preservative should be avoided around the youngest of children. Keep in mind that several beauty brands include Phenoxyethanol and reactions are uncommon.
