ORDER PROCESSING

Our typical order processing timeframe is 1-3 business days. Once your order is placed successfully, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the order details for your review. Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate.

If any details are incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you for updates, potentially delaying delivery progress. To keep you informed, we'll send a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers so you can follow your order's journey.

At times, our emails may land in your Spam/Promotions folder.

DUTIES & TAXES

For U.S. Customers: Enjoy a hassle-free import experience. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we handle all customs fees and taxes in advance. What you pay at checkout is all you pay. No surprises, just your order.

Duties and taxes are not included in the price, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees that may apply according to their country's customs regulations.

SHIPPING CARRIER

We bring you authentic K-Beauty, shipped directly from our warehouses in South Korea and the United States. To ensure the fastest delivery, we select the best carrier—including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and others—based on your location. Shipping times will vary depending on your address and the service used.

Please note:

  • Multiple product orders may arrive in separate packages from different providers.
  • During busy periods (e.g., Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Christmas), shipping times may extend slightly.
  • International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by potential customs-related delays.
  • Final delivery is handled by your local postal agency. Actual shipping and delivery times may differ based on your local postal service.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking information may not be available immediately; it can take up to 1-3 days after receiving your shipment confirmation email.
  • Tracking numbers become active once the carrier scans the parcel.
  • Regularly check the tracking information for updates.
  • We monitor shipments and will contact you if any issues arise so that you can address them promptly.

INSUFFICIENT/INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Please provide an accurate and complete address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders returned to our shipping partners' warehouses may be disposed of and not returned to us.
  • If you arrange for your parcel to be forwarded or redirected, we are not liable if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. In such cases, we can offer either a 20% partial refund or a replacement with a re-shipping fee.
